At Flow Retail, we’re building the future of cloud-based retail software, trusted by large and growing retail chains. Our platform helps retailers run everything from sales and inventory to omnichannel customer journeys—all in real time.
We’re now expanding our core product team and looking for an experienced Frontend Developer who’s confident across modern frameworks like React, Vue, and Flutter, and ideally has experience working with Shopware.

About the role
You’ll work across multiple parts of our frontend stack:
Our internal retail tools and POS system (React + TypeScript + Flutter), and / or our e-commerce integrations, including Shopware frontend plugins and customizations (Vue + JavaScript).
You’ll collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and our retail consultants to bring user-centric interfaces to life—both for store employees and online customers.
Tech we use
Frontend Languages & Frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue 3, React, Dart (Flutter)
E-commerce: Shopware 6 (Vue, Twig, Symfony-based)
Backend & Hosting: Kubernetes, Google Cloud, Redis, PostgreSQL, BigQuery
Security & Ops: SOC2-aligned practices, real-time monitoring, scalable microservices
CI/CD: Git-based workflows with automated build, test, and deployment
What we’re looking for
5+ years of practical frontend development experience
Proficiency with React, Vue, TypeScript, and Flutter/Dart
Experience with Shopware 6 (plugin development, customization, and/or theming)
Strong UI/UX awareness and ability to optimize for performance and usability
Experience with modern Git workflows and API-based integration
Retail or e-commerce domain experience is a big plus
On-site presence in Sandnes, Norway is preferred—but remote candidates within CET±1 timezone are welcome if highly skilled and self-driven
